Ingredients
  • • 4 cups bok choy, sliced
  • • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • • 1 tsp sugar granules
  • • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. • Sauté the bok choy, ginger and garlic in heated oil over medium heat.
  2. • Season with a dash of salt and pepper and continue tossing it for about 3 minutes.
  3. • Pour in soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar to the vegetable broth and mix well until it is free of any lumps.
  4. • Transfer the mixture to the stir fried leaves and cook it until they become tender and the sauce attains a thick consistency.
  5. • Serve hot to enjoy its flavours to the fullest.
