Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ½ tsp avocado honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Cook the oats in a pan along with pumpkin puree and soy milk.
  2. Stir in ground cinnamon to boost up its flavours.
  3. Gradually bring it to a boil and then lower the flame to let it simmer until the oatmeal becomes moderately thick in consistency.
  4. Pour it into the serving bowl.
  5. Top it up with the chopped walnuts and spoon in the honey before serving
